Sub :-  An application under “ Right to Information Act, 2005”

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Rohit Kumar, being a citizen of India i.e Bharat, would like to exercise my right to seek information guaranteed under ‘Right to Information Act 2005’. I would like to ask you with sincere regards to provide me the point wise information in context of the below mentioned queries:-

    I had written a letter dated 30th of March 2014 to the president of India with a request to direct the I.G.N.O.U authorities to immediately restart the system of ‘On-demand Examination’ and the same request was  lodged with the president’s secretariat dated 29th of March 2014, through its website  http://www.helpline.rb.nic.in/ with registration number (PRSEC/E/2014/06030 ). Please provide me the daily progress report of my request letter i.e from the date of receipt of my request letter in your office, what actions have been taken till date by the president’s secretariat. If any written communication has been made by the president’s secretariat to the I.G.N.O.U authorities in this regard then kindly enclose the copy of such written communication.
                                          I am enclosing a postal order of Rs. 10/- against the application fee.
